Yes, it does sound too good to be true - access to over 25,000 full length adult movies across every niche imaginable without a monthly fee? My initial thought was that there had to be a catch... but fortunately, there really isn’t! All you need to do to sign up is give these guys your email address and a password, and you’re in. You might have gathered from my previous ramblings that there is an eye watering amount of content on this site, so you’ll be relieved to hear that it’s all sensibly laid out and very easy to search through! From the homepage, you can view the site’s latest releases, as well as some top movies from their most popular niches. The top 10 new movies and pornstars are helpfully displayed down the side of the page (you’re likely to be a bit overwhelmed on your first visit), and you can use the navigation bar to view content by model and studio. There’s a simple keyword search box, and a dropdown that enables you to search for content by niche - and with a whopping 70 niches to choose from, even the most perverted amongst you should be able to find something to keep you happy!

The movies here can be streamed in either Flash or WMV format (I found the Flash movies to be slightly better quality), and some are available in Premium quality, which means you basically double what you’re paying for them, but they’re bigger and playback is excellent! Unusually for a pay per view site, you can also download many of the movies in iPod format, which is a great feature - one iPod download will cost about $4.95, or if you buy a larger quantity of minutes, you'll get some iPod downloads thrown in for free.

In Flash, you can view the scenes along the bottom of the movie player, so you can jump to whatever area takes your fancy, and you'll be charged by the second, so if you start playing a movie and you’re not too keen on it, you won’t lose an entire minute just for opening it! You can also choose your connection speed for both the WMV and Flash movies to get the best possible playback. You have the ability to tag and rate movies, and each is displayed with thumbnails of every scene in the movie, as well as a decent description, so you should have a pretty good idea of what you’ll be watching before you commit to playing it.

There are no photos on Adult Rentals, although there are DVD cover images and plenty of thumbnails accompanying the movies.

There isn’t a chronological update calendar on the site, but I think it’s safe to say that it’s updated pretty regularly.
